Using this site means accepting these terms. They are between you and SPINROOM, and they cover browsing, holding an account, and placing an order.

We may change them. A change applies to orders placed after it is published, never retroactively to an order already in flight.

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Choose a password you use nowhere else, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has it — we can revoke every active session on your account in one action.

One account per person. Accounts created to abuse a discount code, or to review a paddle that was never bought, are closed without refund of any discount already taken.

Every price on this site is recomputed on our servers at the moment you check out. The figure your browser displays is a preview; the figure we charge is the one derived from the database, and where the two disagree the server's is correct.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We may decline it — a mis-priced listing, a stock discrepancy or a suspected fraudulent order are the usual reasons — and if we do, nothing is charged.

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and carry no cash value.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

Delivery estimates are estimates. We do not compensate for late delivery by a carrier, though we will chase them on your behalf.

Reviews are moderated before publication. We remove anything defamatory, off-topic, or written about a paddle the reviewer plainly hasn't played — we do not remove a review for being negative.

By submitting a review you give us a licence to display it on this site alongside the product. You keep ownership of what you wrote.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — because it legally cannot.

Pickleball is a sport. Equipment bought here is used at your own risk, and no paddle specification is a promise about your results on court.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which SPINROOM is established, and disputes are subject to its courts.
