- 14mm or 16mm — which do I want?
- 16mm gives more dwell time: softer hands, better control, more forgiveness on a mis-hit. 14mm is poppier and faster off the face, which suits a player who ends points from the baseline. If you are unsure, 16mm is the safer first paddle.
- How long does raw carbon stay grippy?
- Expect six to nine months of three-sessions-a-week play before the bite noticeably drops. Cleaning the face with a damp microfibre after each session extends it; wire brushes and resurfacing sprays void the warranty and are illegal in sanctioned play.
- When will my order ship?

- Can I return a paddle I've played with?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days on unplayed paddles in their original packaging. Once the face has been used it can no longer be resold as new, so we can only help through the warranty.
- Is everything you sell tournament legal?
- Yes. Every paddle on the wall is on the USA Pickleball approved list at the time of listing. If a model is later delisted we pull it and contact anyone who bought one.
- How do I claim on the warranty?
- Every paddle carries 12 months against delamination, core crush and edge-guard separation. Send us photographs and your order number and we handle the manufacturer for you.
